Product Description
Unique electronic additive dosing system for LPG / CNG engines! The additive is applied via a pressure dosing unit to the gas supply hose behind the gas phase filter. The additive passes through gas injectors and is evenly distributed in the cylinders. This method of the application provides two very desirable functions at the same time:
The additive passes through gas injectors which simultaneously clean and lubricate - this function is only possible with this high-pressure dosing. The injectors are constantly cleaned and their pistons do not run dry, but are permanently lubricated - disproportionately longer life of the injectors, but especially their reliability! They do not stick to LPG paraffin.
The additive is precisely metered over the entire range of engine operating mode depending on the length of the gas injectors. Unlike competing vacuum systems, even electronically controlled ones, in which the additive is sucked in by the vacuum only during deceleration (engine braking) and at idle, with the Electronic Valve Protector system the additive is supplied in all operating modes and always in the appropriate dose. This ensures not only better engine protection, but also more efficient and economical use of the additive, among other things also because dosing is not active when driving on petrol, unlike vacuum devices.
Electronic dosing of LPG additive provides the following functions:
- the additive is dosed accurately and only when needed - the system is not active when driving on petrol
- there is no overdose or underdose
- consistent and precise dose adjustment across the entire operating mode of the engine - the additive is dosed exactly as the gas injectors work - a long injection time means a large dose of additive, and a short injection time means a small dose of additive. During CUT-OFF, dosing is stopped. This ensures full protection, for example during long-term driving on the motorway, where the classic vacuum system does not paradoxically add the additive because when the engine is loaded, no negative pressure is required in the engine intake.
- low-level additive signalling with the possibility of automatic switching to petrol when the additive is completely used up (it does not have to be activated)
- the double effect of additive applied via gas injectors - protection and cleanliness of gas injectors and protection of valves and engine valve seats
- the possibility of using any additive that can be easily supplemented
- precise and final adjustment without the need for "control every minute" thanks to digital control and dosing by a stepping pump generating a pressure of up to 5 bar.
- easy installation
- thanks to the use of high-quality and durable materials and their top-notch processing, the system is trouble-free and reliable for a long time.
- the LPG electronic dosing pressure unit can be used to apply any additives available on the market with LPG and CNG additives for the protection of valves and valve seats of LPG-operated engines, such as: GasLube, JLM, V-Lube, FLASH LUBE etc.
